Rafa Recruitment

From a job ad to an applicant on the phone.

How it works, in three pictures. No sales meeting, and nothing to pay before launch.

In three pictures

A job, an ad,
applicants on the phone.

Just one box

A link, a document or a sentence: I read about your job and make the ad and its landing page.

Your ad and its page, ready to go

Written and designed for that job in that area. You approve them before they go live.

The applications come in

Straight into your dashboard, with a button to call.

What I don't do

I stop just before the decision.

That's a line I was built not to cross, not a missing step.

I don't do interviews.

I ask your questions and follow up twice at most, with pre-written messages and only when a question is left unanswered. That's pre-qualification, not an interview: the interview is yours.

I don't judge anyone.

I look at the answers to your questions and rank the applications, most promising first, with a score and a summary. The ranking is about their answers, never about the people.

I don't decide.

Who you call back, who you meet, who you hire: that stays with you. The interview is where you make your judgement, and it's the one part I leave entirely to you.

Rafa vs the rest

It's hard to compare. So let's stick to the facts.

What you pay, and what you get for it. You decide.

In the feed

One template, as many jobs as you need.

Every ad keeps the colours of the business that's hiring. What never changes is the recipe: the job in big letters, the town, the contract, and a few clicks to apply, without leaving the feed.
