Our vision

Frontline recruitment,
finally within everyone's reach.

Big companies have been running recruitment ads for years, with ad agencies and budgets to match. Everyone else posts a job and waits. That's the gap I close.

My engine: ten years of the team's craft.

Our mission

When small businesses can hire, whole economies get healthier.

Big companies have always had agencies and budgets to advertise their jobs. Everyone else posts an offer and hopes. With a free account, Rafa puts social media advertising within reach of any business, whatever its size. A garage that finds its next mechanic keeps its doors open. A town that keeps its businesses stays alive. That is the economy we want to help get healthy again.

Our ambition: every business in Europe, from the corner bakery to the regional factory, can reach the people it needs to hire.

What we stand for

Four things we do not compromise on.

01

Transparency

You see what we do, what it costs and why. Public prices, no demo needed. Your ad budget goes 100% to the ad platforms and you see every euro. We tell you when something is not working.

02

Human-centred

We build for the people who hire and the people who apply. Rafa does the heavy lifting so you can focus on what matters: a real conversation. The decision is always yours, and a real person answers when you write.

03

Europe first

Independent and built in Marseille, for European businesses and candidates. Privacy and hiring rules shape what we build from day one. France and Germany first, then country by country.

04

Open to everyone

A free account that really works. No agency, no expertise needed. Good advertising should not depend on the size of your budget.

The team

Four job ads.
Four jobs filled.

Rafa finds your frontline staff. He's already found his own. Here are the four people behind him, what each of them is responsible for, and what no CV would have told you.

Marseille

Jean

What you'll do
Keep the ship on course, mind the money and make the final call. Do the selling yourself, for as long as you're still the best at it.
Who we're looking for
Woken by a mosquito at 3am, then again at 7.30. The mosquito keeps better time than he does. On bad days, he huffs at his screen on his own: nobody's talking to him, nobody's replying, and he huffs anyway.
Experience required
Ball boy at Roland-Garros. Crouched, motionless, in the blazing sun, while some bloke earned more in one point than he did in a month.
Skills
Builds Ikea furniture without opening the instructions; the same instinct kicks in when a campaign's been put together badly. Can also blow bubbles with his mouth, no chewing gum needed, which is no use at all.
Perks
Comes up with ideas. On Wednesdays. And then the website's UX has to be redone.

Antoine

What you'll do
Keep the machine standing without anyone having to prop it up. Give honest deadlines, even when nobody wants to hear them.
Who we're looking for
Works late, so sleeps late. Will still get up early to go on holiday, or to finish what he started the night before. A bad day: too many things at once, and he maxes out.
Experience required
Ran an online MMO at sixteen. Fifty thousand players, and servers to keep up already.
Skills
Clears the undergrowth: give him something vague or complicated and he'll pick it apart and find where to start. Can also name a song from the first few notes, which is no use at all.
Perks
Free tech briefings. He gets carried away, and they run longer than planned.

What you'll do
Design what it feels like to deal with Rafa: the voice, the gestures, the journey, from the first ad to the last message. Keep the team running without anyone having to chase updates.
Who we're looking for
Gets up for a cappuccino and the sunshine, in that order. You can hear a bad day: nobody's put any music on.
Experience required
Putting up bouncy castles and face painting at children's parties.
Skills
To-do lists, productivity tools and the Marie Kondo method, applied to the wardrobe and the backlog alike. Can also spend hours looking for shells in the sand, which is no use at all.
Perks
A proper carbonara. And the Italian temperament to go with it.

Raphaël

What you'll do
Be on the end of the line when a campaign hasn't delivered what the client expected. Carry what clients say all the way to product decisions.
Who we're looking for
Woken by Komi, who never waits and wants his walk. A bad day: headphones on, not a word for anyone.
Experience required
Kitchen porter at a small ramen place in Seongnam, south of Seoul.
Skills
Was a raid leader in World of Warcraft: bring a group together, spot what each person is good at, and turn them into a team. Exactly the job. Also knows Pokémon stats by heart, which is no use at all.
Perks
Jokes at every turn. The timing, not always.

Nobody here sells a tool they haven't run themselves. Rafa didn't start as a product idea: he came out of campaigns run for real companies in real local markets, and everything we saw break along the way.
