What Rafa does
You're not looking for people who are looking for work. You're looking for people who already have a job and would be happier in yours.
Your ad runs where they already spend their time.
Most of the people you need never look at a job board. So Rafa goes to them where they live, around your business, for the exact job.
Your ad, with your logo and your colours. You approve it before it goes live.
Rafa writes and designs your ad for that particular job in that particular place. You don't talk to a butcher in Limoges the way you talk to a mechanic in Paris.
Every applicant comes with their answers: you know who to call first.
They apply without leaving their feed. You get everything you need to call them straight away: their first name, their number and a button that dials it. Their answers (availability, driving licence, experience) depend on your plan.
Rafa stops just before the decision. That's always yours to make.
Same job, two ways to fill it
Only the last line really matters: all that's left for you is the interview.
Your ad
Rafa takes your logo, your job, your town and the contract, and assembles them on a template, with a setting that looks like your trade and someone a candidate wants to say yes to.
Already have your own visual? On the Max plan, you upload it and it runs as it is.

Campaigns run by the team between 2023 and 2025, before self-service launched. Today Rafa runs ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, depending on your plan. These figures are past results on different budgets, not a promise. Your estimate is based on your job and your area.
Prices differ depending on whether you're hiring for your own company or for clients; the details, amounts and terms for each are on the matching pricing page. Either way, you set your own ad budget, from €5 a day, and pay it when you launch your ad. Any unspent balance doesn't expire and stays available for your next ads; it isn't refundable. An ad means one job in one town, however many people you hire for it. All prices exclude VAT.
That's why nobody answers your ad. Not because it's a bad ad: it's sitting somewhere the people you want never go.
My subscription starts at €0. You only pay for your ads: from €5 a day, passed on to the social networks with no markup.
The problem
For frontline jobs, nobody comes looking. The problem isn't the wording, it's the place.
A forklift operator, a butcher or a healthcare assistant with a job doesn't get up in the morning to read job ads. They move when something better comes their way.
You're paying for a slot, not an audience. If the right people never visit the page, the number of views makes no difference.
Hours of phone calls to find out they don't drive, can't do the hours or live too far away. That's where hiring really costs you, not in the ad.
Why it works
Most frontline workers aren't actively looking. But they're open to a move. You just have to reach them where they are.
A job board only shows you the five in blue: the people already looking, the ones everyone else is calling too. The other twenty have jobs. They aren't browsing anything. They'd move for the right offer, but someone has to put it in front of them.
5see your ad on a job board: the ones already looking, the ones everyone else is calling too.
What I do instead
Your ad turns up between two videos on a Tuesday evening, for a job twenty minutes from home. They weren't looking for anything: you came to them.

Why the first plan costs nothing
Everyone promises you applicants. You can't check any of it before you pay, and that's exactly the problem. So I make nothing on the first plan.
You'll have found out for the price of a coffee a day, and you owe me nothing.
You'll know exactly what you're paying for on the next plan: the sorting, not the applicants.
In detail

Every plan in detailYour concerns
There isn't one, and the model is simple: on the €0 plan, you do the work I'd otherwise charge for. You get up to 20 applications a month and you call everyone to sort them. From €95, I ask your questions before you pick up the phone, and you only call the right ones. That's what you pay for, not access.
Up to 20 a month, and they're keen: applying only takes a few clicks, so plenty get through. If you want more, already sorted, that's “Plus”. The real difference is what you know about them before you dial.
It's the minimum I set so your ad actually runs, not a teaser price. Facebook and Instagram count as one channel, so there's one minimum. What it gets you depends on the job and the area: the estimate tells you before you commit to anything, in a few clicks and with no account.
No. I ask your questions, look at the answers and rank the applications, most promising first. I don't judge anyone and I don't interview: it's pre-qualification. The interview and the decision are always yours.
It waits for you. The balance doesn't expire and goes towards your next ad. It can't be refunded, though: it stays in your account and doesn't go back to your card.
The first applications usually come in within days of launch, but I won't give you a single timeframe: it depends on the job, how hard it is to fill in your area, and your budget. The estimate works in ranges, never a single figure: one neat number would sell better, but it would be less honest.
The €0 “Open door” plan has no time limit. You only pay for your ad budget, from €5 a day, which goes in full to the social networks and is paid when you launch your ad. No card is needed to sign up. Any unspent balance doesn't expire and stays available for your next ads; it isn't refundable. An ad means one job in one town, however many people you hire for it. All prices exclude VAT.

Enterprise
For networks: a head office with regions, franchises, or more than 12 ads at once.
A month to get going together, then you run it yourselves: head office launches, the regions handle their own applications, and I run the ads.
One ad per site is the most precise. If your budget doesn't allow it, I group your sites by employment area: one ad per area, shown around each of your locations.
Grouping changes how personal the message is (“hiring in the Bouches-du-Rhône” rather than “hiring in Aubagne”), not how precisely the ad is shown. Example: 90 sites, an €8,000 budget, 11 ads.

With an ad budget “included”, there are two things you never find out: how much was actually spent, and how much was skimmed off along the way.
With me, you set your own, you see it line by line, and you stop it whenever you like. It's your money and your call: I advise, and I do the work.
How do I create my account?
Click “Start for free” at the top of the page, tell me who you're hiring for, then give me your company name, your first name, your surname and your email. I'll send you a four-digit code: type it in and your account is ready. No card, no subscription.
When do I start paying?
On “Open door”, the free plan, you only pay when you launch: your ad budget, which goes to the social networks without any markup from me. On a paid plan, you pay the subscription when you choose it.
What if I don't spend my whole budget?
It waits for you. The balance doesn't expire: it's there for your next ad. You load €70, find your metal fabricator on day four, and the €50 left over is still there the month after. It can't be refunded, though: it stays in your account for your ads and doesn't go back to your card.
What if I want to stop?
On the free plan, there's nothing to cancel: your account stays, and your ad stops when you mark the job as filled. On monthly billing, you stop whenever you like, with no notice period, and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. On annual billing, the commitment runs to the end of the term.
Do I pay per hire, or per user?
Neither. You pay per ad, meaning one job you're hiring for in one town: whether you hire one person or six, it's the same ad. And your whole team gets the dashboard at no extra cost.
The €0 “Open door” plan has no time limit. You only pay for your ad budget, from €5 a day, which goes in full to the social networks and is paid when you launch your ad. Any unspent balance doesn't expire and stays available for your next ads; it isn't refundable. The “Plus” and “Max” subscriptions cost €95 and €235 a month on monthly billing, or €79 and €199 a month on annual billing, which is €948 and €2,388 invoiced in one go. “Plus” includes one ad and “Max” three; each extra ad takes a 30-day slot, paid €59 as a one-off. You can cancel at any time in your settings; on annual billing, the commitment runs to the end of the term and the remaining months aren't refunded. An ad means one job in one town, however many people you hire for it. All prices exclude VAT.
It's not the role that loses you money. It's the sourcing.
My licence starts at €0. Every euro of media spend goes to the platforms, you recharge it to your client at cost, and your fees show on a separate line.
The problem
The ones that fill themselves never reach you. Yours are hard to fill, with unsocial hours, away from the big cities: exactly the roles job sites no longer deliver for.
Three roles this month, none the next. A subscription running at full price through the quiet spells, or no tool at all when the work comes back: either way, it costs you.
No two clients share a brand, a talent pool or a budget. Mix them up and you're exposed; duplicate everything and you lose the time you sell.
Clients, not campaigns
What shapes your business isn't the number of ads. It's how many brands you run without ever mixing them up. Switch client, and the brand, its page and its budget switch with you.

Your concerns
Your work. Rafa is a tool cost for you (a licence, plus a fee on the budget you manage), and the media budget itself is a disbursement you recharge to the cent. What you sell is sourcing, judgement and follow-up, not ad placement.
Because your work comes and goes. A high licence would cost you in the quiet months: that's why it starts at €0. A month with no roles on costs you nothing. The fee follows your volume and drops on the higher plans (20%, then 17%), and it's never taken out of the media budget: when a client spends €1,000, €1,000 goes on advertising, and your fee is invoiced separately.
Ads and pages go out under your client's brand. The monthly report, which you can pass on to them, is signed by Rafa.
Because you'd spend your days logging in and out, with as many invoices, wallets and passwords as clients. Here one account holds all your brands, one main wallet is shared out between clients as you launch, and invoicing is already split by client.
There's nothing to watch out for: each client's space is sealed off by design. Brand, talent pool, budget and page belong to one client and never cross over. An ad keeps its slot until you archive it, whether it's live, paused or still a draft.
Three on “Solo”, ten included on “Firm”, then €45 a month for each extra client. Ads and areas aren't capped on either plan.
You charge for your work. The media budget goes to the platforms in your client's name, every last euro, and you recharge it at cost. The fee on media spend is based on what your clients spend on ads and is invoiced separately: it is never taken out of the media budget or your licence. An ad means one job in one area for one of your clients; it keeps its slot until you archive it. All prices exclude VAT.

Do I pay per client?
“Solo” includes three clients. “Firm” includes ten, then each extra client costs €45 a month. Ads and areas aren't capped on either plan. The fee on media spend is still invoiced separately.
Why a fee on media spend on top of the licence?
Because your work comes and goes. A high licence on its own would cost you in the quiet months; a fee on its own would be unpredictable. So the licence stays low, the fee follows your volume, and it goes down with each plan: 20%, then 17%.
What if a client doesn't spend their whole budget?
The balance doesn't expire and stays available for that client's next ads. It can't be refunded, though: it stays in the account and doesn't go back to the card.
What if I want to stop?
On monthly billing, you stop whenever you like, with no notice period, and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. On annual billing, the commitment runs to the end of the term. The media budget isn't a subscription: you can pause it whenever you like.
The “Open door” plan costs €0, has no time limit and carries no fee on media spend. The “Solo” and “Firm” licences cost €125 and €445 a month on monthly billing, or €99 and €349 a month on annual billing, which is €1,188 and €4,188 invoiced in one go. “Firm” includes ten clients; each extra client costs €45 a month. You can cancel at any time in your settings; on annual billing, the commitment runs to the end of the term and the remaining months aren't refunded. The fee on media spend (20% on Solo, 17% on Firm) is calculated on the media budget your clients spend and invoiced separately: it is never taken out of the media budget or the licence, and it doesn't change with the billing period. The media budget is paid when each ad launches and goes in full to the social networks. Any unspent balance doesn't expire and isn't refundable. An ad means one job in one area for one of your clients; it keeps its slot until you archive it. All prices exclude VAT.

What I don't do
That's a line I was built not to cross, not a missing step.
I ask your questions and follow up twice at most, with pre-written messages and only when a question is left unanswered. That's pre-qualification, not an interview: the interview is yours.
I look at the answers to your questions and rank the applications, most promising first, with a score and a summary. The ranking is about their answers, never about the people.
Who you call back, who you meet, who you hire: that stays with you. The interview is where you make your judgement, and it's the one part I leave entirely to you.

The challenge. Systems and C/C++ embedded software engineers, across four highly competitive local labour markets.
The approach. Google Search led the mix: 14.75% conversion and €47 per candidate. With Meta and LinkedIn alongside it, the overall cost came to €125.
The challenge. Fill a recruitment event in six weeks, from a wide pool of active and passive job seekers.
The approach. Facebook + Instagram across the Strasbourg area, with online pre-qualification before CV submission.

The approach. One campaign per site. Applicant scoring, a text within a minute, follow-ups on day 2 and day 5, and no-shows picked up automatically.

Our mission
Big companies have always had agencies and budgets to advertise their jobs. Everyone else posts an offer and hopes. With a free account, Rafa puts social media advertising within reach of any business, whatever its size. A garage that finds its next mechanic keeps its doors open. A town that keeps its businesses stays alive. That is the economy we want to help get healthy again.
Our ambition: every business in Europe, from the corner bakery to the regional factory, can reach the people it needs to hire.
What we stand for
You see what we do, what it costs and why. Public prices, no demo needed. Your ad budget goes 100% to the ad platforms and you see every euro. We tell you when something is not working.
We build for the people who hire and the people who apply. Rafa does the heavy lifting so you can focus on what matters: a real conversation. The decision is always yours, and a real person answers when you write.
Independent and built in Marseille, for European businesses and candidates. Privacy and hiring rules shape what we build from day one. France and Germany first, then country by country.
A free account that really works. No agency, no expertise needed. Good advertising should not depend on the size of your budget.
